Peakway Driving School is Conducting the Road Test for Teens with Level 1 Learner's Permit.
Effective December 1, 2025, all North Carolina Driver’s Education students must complete the Highway Work Zone Safety Training Developed by North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), as part of the required 30-hour Driver Education curriculum.
How Students Access the Training.
Students must complete the DMV-developed / DMV-adopted online course as follows:

Once a student completes the course, they must:

Print their certificate of completion.

Bring the certificate to their Driving School instructor for verification.

The instructor must verify the certificate before a Driver Education Completion Certificate can be issued.
